These Terms of Service govern your use of dreamvelle.com and purchases from Dreamvelle. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy. Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform we use to offer products and services.

1. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your place of residence, or use the site with permission from a parent or legal guardian. You may not use the site or its content for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized purposes; interfere with its operation; introduce malicious code; scrape or reproduce content without permission; or violate the rights of Dreamvelle or others.

2. Product information and wellness disclaimer

We aim to describe and display products accurately, but colors, packaging, dimensions, ingredients, and other details may vary slightly and may be changed when appropriate. Products are offered subject to availability.

Dreamvelle products are aromatic wellness products and are not medicines or medical devices. Information on this site is for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent insomnia, any disease, or any health condition. Follow all instructions and warnings on the product packaging. If you have allergies, sensitivities, are pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, or plan to use a product around children or pets, consult an appropriate professional before use.

3. Prices, payment, and orders

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and the final order total are shown at checkout. We may correct pricing or product-information errors, limit quantities, reject or cancel an order, or request additional verification. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; acceptance occurs when we begin fulfillment, subject to applicable law. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the affected amount.

4. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Processing times, delivery estimates, rates, delays, lost packages, returns, non-returnable items, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, which form part of these Terms.

5. Accounts and communications

You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information. Transactional messages about an order may be sent as needed. Marketing emails are optional and may be unsubscribed from at any time using the link in the message.

6. Intellectual property

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Dreamvelle against third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.

10. Changes, severability, and governing law

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Dreamvelle is established, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence.
